At Austin’s boutique gym for functional fitness & modern athletic recovery, Dr. Brittaney offers experienced and expert coaching to maintain movement during and after your pregnancy.  After exercising through her pregnancy in spring of 2017, she became very familiar with  the importance of exercise for not only mom, but also for the baby.  As a client of Brittaney’s, when your belly grows and your due date gets closer and closer, she will not let your workouts take the back seat. Working out, safely, should be a priority during your pregnancy. Coach Brittaney’s been through the prenatal phase herself and finding functional classes that were both challenging enough and full of movements she could actually do was nearly impossible to find. Don’t let that happen to you. Work with Brittaney and continue to move functionally throughout your entire pregnancy with challenging AND safe workouts.  Take time to take care of yourself because a healthy YOU means a healthy baby.

Chapter Fitness

Chapter Fitness provides one-on-one personal training for prenatal, postpartum, and beyond. We offer Mama Moves by Chapter Fitness — a weekly group exercise class for moms with babies at Baby Earth where we lift our babies (7 weeks to 12 months) as resistance and combine strength training and cardio exercise in an indoor climate-controlled atmosphere appropriate for all fitness levels – a judgement-free space to nurture our postpartum bodies and get to know other moms.
