Austin Prenatal Yoga offers high quality, affordable prenatal and postnatal yoga classes for all levels of yoga and all trimesters. A special 3 hour Couples Yoga Workshop for Childbirth is taught once a month for couples wanting to learn pain coping tools for natural childbirth, such as, positions & movements, breathing techniques, and mantras.
We are children and family yoga studio based in central and north Austin. Our new location off of Anderson Lane offers prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and mom and baby classes every morning and on Saturdays.
Prenatal yoga helps you move through the transformations of the pregnant body with peace and ease. This class is beneficial in preparing the body for labor, birth and recovery. Appropriate poses are chosen to promote strength, flexibility and mental strength. Class ends with yummy restorative yoga to help mommies to be relaxed and unwind with ease and care. Prenatal yoga at The Little Yoga House provides a very loving and open community atmosphere for mothers-to-be. Beginners are welcome.
