Middle Eastern Dance was the original birth class and evolved to make birth easier for women. In this one-hour class, we will prepare for a successful birth using breath and middle eastern dance moves. Sponsored by The Natural Birthing Center and hosted on the third Saturday of every month starting June 18. All expectant moms welcome!
