Mama Moves by Chapter Fitness is a weekly group exercise class for moms with their babies on Friday mornings. We’ll lift our babies (7 weeks to 12 months) as resistance and combine strength training and cardio exercise in an indoor climate-controlled atmosphere appropriate for all fitness levels – a judgement-free space to nurture our postpartum bodies and get to know other moms.
