Learn to calm and soothe your baby through nurturing touch. With nurturing touch you and your baby may feel more relaxed. Research also shows that babies who are massaged:
May sleep deeper and longer;
Spend more time active and alert for learning
Increase bonding and attachments to their parents;
Improve digestion and colic symptoms.
Classes are taught in small groups of parents/caregivers and their babies up to one year of age. Classes are 1.5 hours in length for 3 weeks so your baby gradually adjusts to your nurturing touch.
Cost is $135 per couple or $100 for a single attendant. Although we believe that both mom and dad benefit from learning the techniques of nurturing touch, we understand that not every dad/mom duo is free to take our infant massage class. For those families, we offer a $35 discount. ***Private 3-Day Class Available*** After registration, you will be contacted to set-up class dates & times according to your availability. Price is per couple.
