A birth education workshop!
2 half-day workshops will take place on Saturday 1/21 and Sunday 1/22
Over the course of the weekend you will learn how to support yourself throughout your pregnancy physically, emotionally, spiritually :
- You will learn practical content about your changing body from pregnancy to birth
- get to know delicious nutrient-rich food ideas that support a healthy vibrant body, mind and soul of a pregnant mother
- discover benefits of yoga during pregnancy and birth: the power of movement and breath work in different stages of labor as well as pain coping mechanisms for birth
- you will learn benefits of exploring laborinth (labyrith for women in childbearing years), power of letting go, embracing trust and surrender as part of the proccess of becoming a mother and tapping into your intuitive knowing
- get in touch with your spiritual side as we will utilize prayer, affirmations and ritual to deeply connect you to your birthing self
Pregnancy and birth are parts of a multilevel process of transitioning into motherhood. The big changes happening in your body and mind have the power to correlate with a spiritual awakening. We will share with you tools to deepen your experience and honor the process of becoming a mother.
Each day will be incredibly informative and exploratory by nature. Birth and pregnancy wisdom, yogic movement, meditation and relaxation into each session.
