Prepared Childbirth Series by Seton Healthcare Family
Saturdays, Aug. 20 and Aug. 27 from 9 AM – 12:30 PM at Seton Northwest Hospital, $75 per couple. Enroll at www.seton.net/parenteducation
Condensed version of the popular comprehensive Prepared Childbirth series. Seven 1/2 hour course. Outline includes: Stages and Phases of Labor, When to go and what to bring to the Hospital, Lamaze Coaching Techniques of Breathing and Relexation, Pain Relief Options, Variations in Labor, Early Recovery Expectations, Cesarean Section Experience, and Brief Labor Rehearsal.
