Prepared Childbirth & Newborn Care Series by Seton Healthcare Family
Mondays, Aug. 8 through Aug. 29 from 7 – 9:30 PM at Seton Williamson. $100 per couple. Enroll at www.seton.net/parenteducation
Ten hour comprehensive series. Class outline includes the Stages and Phases of Labor, When to go and what to bring to the Hospital, Lamaze Coaching Techniques of Breathing and Relexation, Pain Relief Options, Variations in Labor, Early Recovery Expectations, Cesarean Section Experience, and Brief Labor Rehearsal. Newborn Care Basics are also included.
You will receive an email confirmation upon your online enrollment. If you need to cancel your class, we request that you notify us as soon as possible so that others who are on the waiting list might have an opportunity to attend the class. No refund is made if your cancellation is not made at least 3 business days prior to the start of the class. We reserve the right to cancel the class if there is not adequate enrollment. In this event, an attempt will be made to place you in another class, or you will receive a refund.

Participants in childbirth classes should bring two pillows and a blanket to class and wear comfortable clothing.
