I am a therapist trained in postpartum mood disorders and perinatal loss. I see women and their families at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum who are looking for emotional support in individual counseling. I also serve as the Clinical Director for the Pregnancy and Postpartum Health Alliance of Texas and facilitate trainings for professionals in the central Texas community.
I specialize in helping caregivers with issues related to new mom mental and emotional wellness, bonding, attachment, and learning methods of healthy parenting . Often, I help adults learn how to parent in a way that is different than how they were raised (breaking intergenerational patterns of trauma). My work is strengths-based, holistic, and grounded in attachment theory and interpersonal neurobiology.
